Ultraclub 8990 UC Ladies Oxford Shirt
I put this shirt on my Wish List for Christmas. The sizing info is off.
Ordered XL and it was enormous. Finally got to exchange for Size L and
it fits (even though most other wrinkle free shirts that I own fit in
an XL, or 16). Difficult to exchange with Fashion Rack. Website and
phone number were unreachable. Had to talk Amazon through my problem
since I received the item as a gift. When I notified Fashion Rack
through email via Amazon, they answered me right away. Although I
explained I got the shirt as a gift and I returned the shirt myself for
an exchange, they still sent the shirt to the original buyer, even
listing in an email that they were exchanging the return for another XL.
Thankfully, the shirt received was a Size L, and it does fit and I like
it. But what an ordeal. Do not have a problem with Amazon, but I do
not think I will chance ordering a Fashion Rack item again.
